1. Ask yourself how you want to live this moment?
Ask yourself how you want to live this moment? Do you want to feel great, awesome, full of energy or feel distressed due to something that your colleague or boss or boyfriend or girlfriend or husband or wife or parent or teacher or neighbor said or did to you years back? If you feel stuck due to a bad incident in the past and you have it stored in your system, make a commitment to yourself you will carry it no more. It has been enough. Make this commitment to yourself that from this day, you will live only with joyful thoughts and peace with yourself. You will carry no baggage.
2. Questions around expectations from people, things around us and situations
We have expectations from people, things around us and situations. When these expectations are not met, we have unpleasant feelings (sadness, bitterness, frustration, etc).
“My boss complimented the work of my colleague rather than me.”
“Some people just get lucky. The universe is not benevolent towards me.”
“She got promotion so easily. The process is favoured for such candidates.”
“Ah my friend always gets discounts when she shops. I don’t”
“My neighbour makes so much money from Affiliate Marketing.”
“Trains in my line are always late.”
“I don’t get healthy food around my area.”
It is very hard to change someone or something else to meet your expectations. It is much easier to change yourself. Ask yourself these questions: What habit can I change to get the desired result? Do I have any limiting beliefs that hold me back? If yes, how do I change them? How can make an inefficient process efficient? How can I get better results? The expectation that someone or something else will change according to your needs will only lead to frustration. If you agree, then make a change in your life today.
3. Do you want to resist / accept life?
Human life is the most precious gift we’ve all got from the creator (source/ God). It’s our choice to acknowledge this divine gift every minute by fully accepting ourselves as we are, others as they are, and our lives. if we go on the path of acceptance, life starts flowing and blessings start coming.
If we choose to resist life, ourselves, our circumstances or others around us, life is full of stress, roadblocks, and unhappiness. How do we resist life? By being unhappy and not accepting ourselves and others. “I am so fat.”, “I am so short”, “My skin is not so good”, “I don’t have the right skills”, “I am a failure”, “I am not secured”, “My partner is the biggest problem in my life”, “My boss drives me crazy”, “My landlord is so rude.” Shift your focus on how you can improve yourself and your life. Figure out what action you can take instead of complaining about other people. Think what what would you like to change and what action will you take today?
